Current test setup: StarBit's external advertising, attribution and analytics integrations are disabled in the isolated testing configuration. The game still processes account information, saves progress and records first-party operational statistics. “External reporting disabled” does not mean “no data collected.”
1. Scope and contact
This policy describes StarBit's game client, associated game services and official website. The operator of StarBit is responsible for the processing described here. Our current privacy contact is alpha11business@gmail.com. We are temporarily retaining this existing operator contact while StarBit's dedicated details are finalized.
This is a StarBit-specific notice. Another game's terms or privacy policy do not describe StarBit merely because some technology or contact arrangements are shared.
2. Information processed
- Account and session information: player/account identifiers, device-based sign-in identifiers, installation identifiers, authentication/session records, sign-in times and account-status changes.
- Device and connection information: IP address, approximate country or region inferred from IP, device model and brand, operating-system version, platform, client version, language, time-zone information and device-environment signals used for compatibility and abuse checks. This is not a statement that StarBit accesses precise GPS location.
- Game state and activity: drone ownership and activation, mining and cargo state, ore progress, technology levels, inventory, mineral-dust and other balances, reward records, offline settlement times, offers, VIP entitlements and related resource changes.
- Transactions and reward requests: order references, item identifiers, price/currency where applicable, payment or refund status, ad reward confirmations, and withdrawal requests and destination details where those features are available. Test environments may record simulated transactions.
- Support information: the email address, player ID, messages, attachments and troubleshooting details you choose to send. Email is handled by the mailbox provider as well as by the team responding.
- Linked-provider data, only when available: if an enabled sign-in service is used, it can supply its account identifier and permitted profile details such as a name, avatar or email. Advertising or attribution identifiers are relevant only to an enabled integration and the permissions/choices that apply.
Information depends on the feature and build you use; the existence of a field in a game system does not mean every player supplies it. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private keys or wallet recovery phrases to support.
3. Why we use this information
StarBit uses account and game records to authenticate access, save and synchronize progress, confirm rewards, calculate eligible offline progression and prevent duplicate settlement. Device and connection records support compatibility checks, troubleshooting, service security and abuse prevention.
First-party operational records help us understand registration, sign-in, resource changes, ad reward activity and transaction outcomes. New StarBit analytics records are identified by product and environment so testing activity can be distinguished from production. This does not automatically reclassify historical data.
Where relevant law requires a legal basis, core account and gameplay processing supports the requested service; security and limited operational analysis support legitimate service interests subject to your rights; required records may be kept to meet legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent must use that consent rather than treating acceptance of general terms as permission for everything.
4. Advertising, purchases and other optional services
The current isolated test configuration does not enable real advertising SDK initialization or external analytics/attribution reporting. A test ad or simulated purchase can still produce an internal game event. A successful test result is not proof that information was sent to an advertiser or that a real payment occurred.
When an official release enables external sign-in, advertising, payments, crash reporting, attribution or withdrawal services, its disclosures must identify the actual services and the data involved. Necessary device permissions and consent choices must be provided before the relevant processing. This policy is not blanket consent to activate future tracking.
For an enabled real payment, the payment provider or store processes the payment details; StarBit uses confirmation and order information to deliver and reconcile entitlements. For an enabled withdrawal, the information needed to route and verify the transfer is shared with the relevant payment service. Provider terms and privacy notices apply to their own services.
6. Storage, security and retention
Account and gameplay state are stored on servers so your progress can be restored and validated. Client preferences and cached game data may also be stored on your device. Operational logs, transaction records and backups can be stored separately from live player data.
Retention depends on the purpose: active game state supports the account, diagnostic records support troubleshooting and security, and transaction records may be needed for disputes or legal obligations. We have not specified a universal automatic deletion period for every record category. A support response to a deletion request should explain any data that must be retained and why.
Access restrictions and operational safeguards are used to protect server data, but no service can guarantee absolute security. This website provides public information; do not use it to submit confidential information. The website has no account, payment or upload form.
Servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where a transfer is subject to legal safeguards or notice requirements, those requirements apply. This notice does not claim that test data remains in a particular country or that a specific international transfer certification has been obtained.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing or objection to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent and raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
Send requests to alpha11business@gmail.com with “StarBit Privacy Request” in the subject. Include your player ID if known and explain the request. We may ask for proportionate evidence of account ownership; do not include credentials or recovery phrases.
Use device settings to manage notification permissions and any available advertising/privacy preferences. Uninstalling the game clears some local information but does not itself erase server records. If a required part of account processing is declined, the related game service may be unavailable.
8. Account and personal-data deletion
Inside the game
Open Settings → Delete Account and review the confirmation. In the current test version, the request creates a 30-day waiting period. Cancellation is available through the account flow before expiry. After the waiting period, the account is locked against sign-in.
Account locking is not the same as complete data erasure. The current in-game flow alone does not confirm removal of all account, gameplay, log and backup records. A personal-data erasure request should therefore be sent through the contact channel below.
Without using the game
Request StarBit account/data deletion by email
- Use the subject “StarBit Account and Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide your player ID if you have it, your sign-in method, and whether you want account closure, personal-data deletion, or both. If you cannot access the app, say so.
- Wait for an ownership-verification and processing response. Sending an email or tapping Delete Account is not confirmation that erasure has finished.
Game progress and entitlements associated with an erased account may no longer be recoverable. Any records retained for a valid legal, transaction-dispute or security reason, and the handling of backups, should be explained in the response. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy or a refund solely because an account is closed.
9. Younger users
StarBit is intended for users aged 16 or older, or the higher applicable minimum age. It is not designed as a service for young children. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact the privacy mailbox so the matter can be reviewed. Age eligibility does not replace any consent or protection required by local law.
10. This website
The current StarBit website serves static pages and game artwork. It does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, account registration or payment forms. The web server processes connection information and can record IP addresses, requested paths, access times, response status, browser information and referring pages in access/error logs.
Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit a request through this website. Your email provider processes the message under its own arrangements. The game's data practices are broader than this website's and are described in the sections above.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page as StarBit's release, contact details or actual data practices change. The date above identifies this edition. Material changes require appropriate notice, and processing that requires additional consent must not begin solely because the text was changed.
