1. About these terms

These terms are between you and the operator of StarBit ("we" or "us"). They cover the StarBit game client, its game services and this official website. Our current contact is alpha11business@gmail.com.

StarBit is a space-themed game about assembling drone fleets, mining ore, collecting resources and researching upgrades. References to mining describe game mechanics; installing or playing StarBit is not an agreement to provide investment services or a promise of cryptocurrency earnings.

Please read these terms before playing. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. StarBit is intended for people aged 16 or older, subject to any higher age requirement where they live. If you lack legal capacity to enter an agreement independently, a parent or guardian must review and authorize your participation where permitted.

2. Your account

Use only an account and device you are authorized to use. Sign-in options depend on the version and environment available to you. Keep access credentials private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

A device-based account may depend on information stored on that device. Do not assume uninstalling, clearing app data or changing devices will preserve access. Where account-linking tools are available, follow their instructions before changing devices. StarBit does not automatically import accounts, progress or purchases from another game.

3. Mining and progression

• Your fleet: drones have different mining or support roles. Availability, operating periods, activation, capacity and upgrade effects follow the details shown in the game.
• Online mining: the server validates and records mining progress, cargo deliveries and resulting balances. Animations and locally predicted values can be reconciled with the confirmed server state.
• Offline progress: eligible fleet activity can produce time-based offline rewards, subject to the game's limits. This does not replay every flight, attack or resource drop.
• Mineral dust: eligible ore breaks can award dust according to the drop rules. A drop is not guaranteed on every break, and ordinary offline settlement does not award mineral dust.
• Research and offers: check the requirements, duration and contents shown for each upgrade, drone, VIP benefit or offer. Temporary and permanent benefits are different.

We may correct invalid, duplicate or incorrectly calculated rewards. If you believe a correction is wrong, contact support with your player ID and the relevant time or transaction reference.

4. Items, balances and withdrawal features

Drones, diamonds, mineral dust, upgrades and other virtual items provide access to game features. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, they are not transferable money and cannot be traded outside StarBit or redeemed for cash.

Some game screens may display BTC or SATS amounts. A displayed balance alone does not prove that cryptocurrency has been sent to an external wallet. If a real withdrawal feature is made available, its current eligibility checks, limits, destination requirements and processing status apply. Only a confirmed external transaction represents a completed payment.

No purchase, drone, VIP benefit or advertised rate guarantees a profit, fixed income or future withdrawal. Do not spend money based on an expectation of investment returns. Test balances and test withdrawal results have no real-world redemption value.

5. Purchases and rewarded advertisements

When real purchases are enabled, review the product, price, currency and duration before confirming. The relevant store or payment provider handles the payment under its own terms. StarBit uses transaction confirmation to deliver the corresponding entitlement. Duplicate callbacks do not create additional purchases or rewards.

Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes are governed by applicable consumer law and the payment platform's rules. Contact the platform or our support team with your order reference; never send a payment-card number, password or wallet recovery phrase.

Rewarded advertisements, where enabled, are optional interactions tied to a stated reward. Completion must be confirmed by the supported ad flow. Closing a video, an unavailable ad, a failed confirmation or a simulated test callback does not establish that a real advertiser interaction occurred. Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed.

6. Test environments

Testing builds may include unfinished features, test-only grants and simulated payment, advertisement or withdrawal flows. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not charge a real payment method, deliver an actual advertisement or transfer cryptocurrency. Do not treat a simulated success screen as proof of a real transaction.

Test progress may be adjusted or reset as testing requires and is not promised to transfer to a future production release. Real-money functionality must be identified in the relevant release and transaction flow before use.

7. Fair play

Do not manipulate network requests, fabricate reward or payment confirmations, exploit account identities, abuse refunds, or interfere with another player's access. Do not use unauthorized automation to obtain rewards or bypass gameplay restrictions. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately instead of exploiting them.

We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict affected features or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect players and the service. Measures can include reversing illegitimate gains or suspending access. You may ask support to review a disputed action.

8. Game content

StarBit's software, artwork, drone designs, audio and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the game does not transfer ownership of these materials. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Availability and service changes

Maintenance, connectivity problems and updates may interrupt play or delay synchronization. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the game develops; material changes affecting purchased entitlements remain subject to applicable law and platform obligations.

Keep the client compatible with the service. If an update is required, use a verified StarBit distribution channel. This website does not currently offer a public download.

10. Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed for your account, gameplay, support and optional features.

In the current test version, Settings → Delete Account starts a 30-day waiting period. The available account flow allows cancellation before that period ends; after expiry, access is locked. This process is not confirmation that every associated record has been erased. For a personal-data deletion request, use the email request instructions. Uninstalling the client or signing out does not delete server-side records.

11. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or prevents you from contacting a competent authority. Contact us first if you want help resolving an issue; you retain access to the courts and dispute procedures available under applicable law.

12. Contact and updates

We may revise these terms as StarBit's features and release arrangements change. The date above identifies this edition. Material changes will be explained through this website or the game as appropriate; any legally required notice or agreement process still applies.
